Engage+
Map View turns your lead list into a real geographic picture: every carrier in your pipeline plotted on a Google Map, with your clinic as the anchor. It's the single best view for planning drop-in visits, spotting clusters of carriers in one neighborhood, and understanding the shape of your territory.
Opening Map View
Open the portal sidebar
Log in and click the Map tab in the left sidebar.
Wait for the map to load
Markers and clusters render once Google Maps and the Supercluster library finish loading.
Add a clinic first for full functionality
Map View works without a clinic on file, but distance rings, facility-centered views, and route planning all assume you have at least one clinic location set. Add one in Profile → My Clinic Locations before you spend time on the map.
What You See on the Map
- Your clinic locations — navy pin markers, pinned at the top z-index so they never get hidden by leads
- Lead markers — colored circles, one per carrier in your pipeline (color depends on the carrier's highest-priority badge)
- Lead clusters — when many leads sit in the same area, they group into a numbered cluster bubble. Zoom in to break them apart.
- Territory radius rings — transparent circles at 5, 15, and 30 miles around your selected clinic
The Stats Row
| Stat | Counts |
|---|---|
| Total Leads | All carriers in your active lists |
| Hot Leads | Carriers approaching their FMCSA audit deadline |
| High Value | Carriers with driver-to-truck ratio of 1.5x or higher |
| At Risk | Carriers with a Conditional safety rating |
| Contacted | Carriers you've already moved past the New stage |

Why Use Map View?
- Spot geographic clusters. A single area with 5+ carriers is a perfect drop-in visit day — the map shows them at a glance.
- Understand effort vs. reward. A 12-driver carrier in your 5-mile ring is much more valuable than a 20-driver carrier 45 minutes away.
- Plan a route. Visiting carriers in person needs a sequence; the map gives you the ordering for free.
Plan Availability
Engage+ only
Map View is an Engage+ feature. Trial and Scout users see a blurred preview with an upgrade prompt. Engage+ supports up to 10 clinic locations per account, so multi-site clinics can plan from any location.
Performance Notes
- Up to 5,000 markers are loaded into the map at a time. If your pipeline is larger, the map shows the most recently-added carriers first.
- Clustering is automatic. Markers near each other group into a cluster bubble — the map only renders what's in the current viewport, keeping pan and zoom smooth.
- Map data loads on tab open. Switching to other portal tabs doesn't reload the map; the markers stay rendered in the background.
