The Upcoming Reminders widget on your dashboard surfaces the next 5 reminders you've set across all leads, sorted by scheduled time. It's a constant nudge for the follow-ups you've committed to — the calls and emails you already promised future-you to handle.
Where the Widget Lives #
What Each Reminder Shows #
- Action icon on the left — phone, email, drop-in walking icon, or follow-up arrow
- Carrier name — the lead the reminder is for
- Scheduled time — in your timezone, formatted as "Mar 14, 9:30 am"
- Relative time — in parentheses, e.g. "in 2h 15m" or "3d"
- Overdue marker — bright orange when the reminder time has passed and the reminder isn't complete
Reminder Action Types #

Action type changes the icon and color
Pick the action type that matches what you're going to do. The widget uses different icons and color accents per type so you can visually scan for the right kind of follow-up.
Counter & Ordering #
- Reminder time, ascending — nearest in the future first
- Overdue reminders bubble up — an overdue reminder from yesterday is more urgent than an upcoming one next week
- Pending status only — completed reminders drop off the widget
More than 5 reminders?
If you have more than 5 pending, only the next 5 show. To see the full list, go to the Pipeline tab — the kanban board shows all reminders in a dedicated section.
Empty State #
Marking Reminders Complete #
Open the lead
Click the carrier name in the widget to open the lead detail panel.
Find the reminder
The Reminders section in the panel shows all reminders for that lead.
Click Complete
Mark the reminder done. Status changes from pending to completed.
Or do it from the kanban
The Pipeline tab's reminders section also lets you mark complete with one click.
Reminder Notifications #
- Email reminders — sent to your reminder email address (set in Profile)
- SMS reminders — sent to your reminder phone number (set in Profile)
- Both formats include the carrier name, lead phone if available, and a quick link to the lead in the portal
Set your reminder contact in Profile
If you haven't set a reminder email or phone in Profile settings, reminders will still appear in the widget but no notification will fire. See 4.6 Setting Reminders for the setup walkthrough.
