Filtering & Sorting Leads

3 min read

Use quick filters, column sorting, and advanced filters to slice a list down to exactly the leads worth contacting today.

Why filtering matters #

A typical 25-mile list will return several hundred carriers. You will never call all of them — and you should not. Filtering lets you focus on the few dozen leads that match your strategy this week, and ignore the rest until later.

Filters are not permanent

Applying a filter does not delete or hide leads from your list permanently. It only changes what you see right now. Click "Clear Filters" any time to bring everything back.

Quick filters #

Quick filters are one-click buttons at the top of every list. They cover the most common ways you will want to slice your leads. Click any chip to apply that filter instantly. Click again to remove it. Quick filters stack — you can have "Hot Leads" and "Within 10 Miles" both active at once.

FilterShows
Hot LeadsCarriers whose authority was granted within the last 10 months.
High ValueCarriers with a driver-to-truck ratio of 1.5 or higher.
New EntrantsCarriers with authority granted 10–18 months ago.
At RiskCarriers with a Conditional safety rating.
Large Fleets50 or more drivers reported.
Within 10 MilesCarriers whose registered address is within 10 miles of your clinic.
Not Contacted Engage+Pipeline status is still "New" — you have not logged any outreach yet.
Qualified Engage+Pipeline status is set to "Qualified" or further along.

Sorting by column #

Click any column header in the lead table to sort by that column. Click again to reverse the direction.

Most useful sort columns

ColumnUse CaseRecommended Direction
Quality ScoreBest overall prospects first.High → Low
DistanceClosest carriers to your clinic first.Low → High
DriversLargest fleets first — most exam volume potential.High → Low
Date AddedNewest carriers first.Recent → Old
Safety RatingConditional carriers first — the compliance angle.C → S
Empty values always sort to the bottom

If a carrier has no fleet count or no utilization data, those rows will appear at the bottom regardless of sort direction. This way, missing data never crowds out real leads.

Column-level filters #

Most columns have a small filter icon in the header. Click it to filter that one column without opening the full advanced filter panel. This is the fastest way to make small focused refinements.

Available column filters

Column filters are great when you want to quickly narrow on one dimension without losing your sort order or other active filters.

Advanced filters #

Click the Filters button in the toolbar to open the advanced filter panel. Here you can combine many filters at once for precise targeting.

Search within a list #

The search box at the top of every list searches across legal name, DBA name, DOT number, city, state, and ZIP simultaneously. Type any portion and matches appear instantly.

Common uses:

Search works alongside filters

If you have filters active, search only looks within the filtered set. To search the entire list, clear filters first.

Combining filters #

Quick filters, column filters, advanced filters, and search all combine using AND logic — a lead must match every active filter to appear.

Some common combinations:
