All Plans
Profile settings live on the My Profile tab and control how DOT Lead Scout represents you to carriers, where reminders fire, and what currency-and-time math the platform does on your behalf. The page is divided into clear sections so you can jump straight to what you need.
The Four Profile Sections #
Profile Basics
Name, email, phone, exam price, timezone, and email-customization settings.
Pipeline Probabilities Engage+
Customize the conversion probability for each pipeline stage. Drives revenue estimates.
Clinic Locations
One or more clinic addresses. Powers distance calculations and the Map View. See 8.3.
Rate Sheet Engage+
Build or upload a branded rate-sheet PDF. Same UI covered in 5.4.
Profile Basics Fields #
| Field | Used For |
|---|---|
| Display Name | Appears as the "from" name on your outreach emails. Also the {name} placeholder in templates. |
| Email Address | Login email and where reminder/system notifications are sent. |
| Phone | The number carriers see in your email signature. The {phone} placeholder. |
| DOT Physical Price | Your standard exam price. Used to calculate per-lead revenue estimates in the pipeline. The {price} placeholder. |
| Timezone | Used for reminder timing, scheduled emails, and digest sending. Defaults to America/New_York. |
Detect timezone automatically
There's a Detect button next to the timezone dropdown. It uses your browser's timezone to auto-select the right value. The current time in your selected timezone shows live below the field so you can confirm.
Email Customization Engage+ #
- From Name — what carriers see in their inbox. Defaults to your display name. Override to use your clinic's brand instead.
- Reply-To Email — where replies are routed. Defaults to your account email. Override if you want replies to go to a different inbox (e.g. a shared front-desk email).
Scout users see a lock message
On Scout, the email-customization section shows a small lock with an upgrade link. Outbound emails still send — they just use your display name and account email by default.
Pipeline Probabilities Engage+ #
| Stage | Default % |
|---|---|
| New | 5% |
| Attempted | 10% |
| Connected | 25% |
| Voicemail | 15% |
| Qualified | 60% |
| Disqualified | 0% |
| Converted | 100% |
| Not Interested | 0% |
| Lost | 0% |
| Archived | 0% |
Why customize probabilities?
Defaults are conservative. If your real win rate from Connected is closer to 40% than 25%, updating the probability gives you a more accurate pipeline-value forecast on the dashboard.
