The Pipeline CRM is where lead lists turn into actual outreach work. Lead Scout finds carriers; the Pipeline tracks what you do with them — calls made, notes taken, follow-ups scheduled, and deals won or lost.
This feature is available on the Engage plan
The Pipeline CRM is part of the Engage tier. Trial and Scout users can preview it but cannot save status changes, notes, or reminders. Upgrade any time from the Plan tab in the portal.
What the Pipeline CRM is #
The Pipeline CRM is a sales workflow built directly on top of your lead lists. Every carrier in any of your lists automatically becomes a lead in the pipeline. As you start working a lead — calling them, logging notes, moving them through stages — the pipeline becomes your single source of truth for which carriers are at which point in your sales process.
Open it from the portal sidebar by clicking My Pipeline.
Pipeline vs Lead Scout #
Lead Scout and Pipeline work together but solve different problems:
| Tool | Purpose | Key Features |
|---|---|---|
| Lead Scout | Find new carriers in your territory. | Lists, search, filters, badges, quality score. |
| Pipeline CRM | Manage outreach to those carriers over time. | Pipeline stages, notes, reminders, call scripts, email outreach. |
You will use Lead Scout to discover who to contact and the Pipeline CRM to actually contact them and track the relationship.

Pipeline Value
Estimated dollar value of your pipeline based on your exam price and conversion probability per stage.
Why it matters #
A list of 500 carriers is overwhelming without a system. The Pipeline CRM gives every lead a status, a history, and a next action. The result:
- You stop forgetting who you called. Every interaction is logged with a timestamp and category.
- You stop missing follow-ups. Reminders email or text you exactly when it is time to reach back out.
- You see what is actually working. Conversion rate by stage, average time to close, and pipeline value all become measurable.
- You can hand off to a team member. All the context lives on the lead record — another person can pick up where you left off.
How to access the Pipeline #
Click My Pipeline in the sidebar
The Pipeline tab is the second item in the portal sidebar (just below Dashboard).
Choose your view
By default, the pipeline opens in Board view (kanban). You can switch to List view with the toggle in the top right for a sortable table.
Click any lead to start working it
Tap or click a card to open the lead detail panel. From there, update status, add notes, set reminders, and send emails.
What is not in the Pipeline #
To keep the Pipeline focused on active outreach, a few things are intentionally not here:
- List management. Creating, renaming, or deleting lists happens in Lead Scout, not the Pipeline.
- Searching for new carriers. The Pipeline only shows carriers that are already in one of your lists. To find new carriers, go back to Lead Scout.
- Map view. The Map View tab shows the same carriers spatially — great for territory planning but separate from the daily outreach workflow.
Most users live in the Pipeline tab
Once your lists are built and your clinic profile is set up, the vast majority of your daily DOT Lead Scout time happens in the Pipeline. It is the "daily driver" of the platform.
