Sign up for DOT Lead Scout, choose a plan, and access the portal for the first time.

How to Sign Up #

Creating a DOT Lead Scout account takes less than two minutes. No credit card is required to start your free trial.

Visit the Sign-Up Page
Go to dotleadscout.com/portal and click Create Account. You can also reach the sign-up page through any of the "Get Started" buttons on the main website.
Enter Your Details
Provide your name, email address, and create a password. Your email will be used for login, notifications, and outreach features.
Start Your Free Trial
Your trial activates immediately. You'll land on the portal dashboard where you can explore the platform, create your first lead list, and preview carrier data in your area.
Choose a Plan (When Ready)
When you're ready to unlock full contact details, CRM tools, and expanded search, go to My Plan in the sidebar and select Scout, Engage, or Autopilot. Payment is processed securely through Stripe.

Your First Login #

After creating your account, you’ll see the onboarding tour — a quick walkthrough of the platform’s key features. This tour adapts to your plan level, highlighting the tools available to you.

You’ll also see a progress checklist in the Help panel (accessible via the help icon). This checklist guides you through the essential setup steps and tracks your progress as you complete each one.

Enter a zip code and radius to see the motor carriers near your clinic.
Pro Tip

Complete all three setup steps before diving into leads. With your clinic location and exam price configured, every lead will show distance from your clinic and an estimated revenue figure — both critical for prioritizing outreach.
