The Lead Detail Panel is your command center for any single carrier. It opens as a slide-in side panel from any list view, kanban card, or map marker and surfaces every data point we have on a carrier — contact info, fleet, compliance, and full change history.
How to Open the Lead Detail Panel #
From a Lead List
In Lead Scout or any saved list, click any row in the leads table. The panel slides in from the right.
From the Pipeline Kanban
Click any lead card on the Pipeline board. The same detail panel opens with full pipeline tools.
From the Map View
Click any marker or cluster on the Map View, then choose a lead from the popup to open the panel.
From the Daily Action Plan
On the dashboard, click any of the 5 leads in your daily queue to open the panel and start working that lead.
The Panel Header #
- Legal name — the FMCSA-registered company name
- DOT number — the carrier's unique federal ID
- Distance from your clinic — calculated from your profile
- Quality & opportunity badges — Hot, High Value, New Entrant, HAZMAT, etc.
- Quick-action buttons — Phone, Email, SAFER lookup, and Email Composer
Quick actions track usage
Clicking the Phone, Email, or SAFER buttons logs a contact action for analytics and helps populate your activity feed automatically.
The Four Tabs #
Overview
Pipeline stage, contact info, opportunity score, estimated revenue, and recent notes. Your day-to-day view.
Fleet & Cargo
Drivers, power units, owned vs. leased equipment, cargo types, HAZMAT, and utilization ratio.
Activity
Notes, calls logged, emails sent, and reminders. Your full outreach history with this carrier.
Changes
Every tracked change from FMCSA syncs — drivers, power units, status, safety, and more.

Press Esc at any time to close the panel and return to your list, board, or map view.
