Map View Overview

Engage+

Map View turns your lead list into a real geographic picture: every carrier in your pipeline plotted on a Google Map, with your clinic as the anchor. It's the single best view for planning drop-in visits, spotting clusters of carriers in one neighborhood, and understanding the shape of your territory.

Opening Map View #

Open the portal sidebar

Log in and click the Map tab in the left sidebar.

Wait for the map to load

Markers and clusters render once Google Maps and the Supercluster library finish loading.

Add a clinic first for full functionality

Map View works without a clinic on file, but distance rings, facility-centered views, and route planning all assume you have at least one clinic location set. Add one in Profile → My Clinic Locations before you spend time on the map.

What You See on the Map #

Once loaded, the map shows several things at once:

The Stats Row #

Above the map, a row of summary stats gives you the totals across your whole pipeline:
StatCounts
Total LeadsAll carriers in your active lists
Hot LeadsCarriers approaching their FMCSA audit deadline
High ValueCarriers with driver-to-truck ratio of 1.5x or higher
At RiskCarriers with a Conditional safety rating
ContactedCarriers you've already moved past the New stage

Top-of-Map Controls #

Three control rows sit between the stats and the map itself:
Facility Selector

Dropdown to center the map on any of your clinic locations — or on the average center of your leads.

Service Area Toggles

Toggle the 5/15/30-mile radius rings on or off independently. See 7.2 for what each ring means.

Filter Buttons

Show all leads, or filter to only Hot, High Value, New Entrants, At Risk, or HAZMAT. See 7.4 for the filter behavior.

Why Use Map View? #

There are three things the map can do that no list view can:

Plan Availability #

Engage+ only

Map View is an Engage+ feature. Trial and Scout users see a blurred preview with an upgrade prompt. Engage+ supports up to 10 clinic locations per account, so multi-site clinics can plan from any location.
